Sporadic. That is what my posting has been lately. It's not that I don't have a lot to say, because I almost ALWAYS have something to say. I just don't have time to say it. Not at the moment anyway. I find that when I'm super busy, the two things that suffer most are my phone time and computer time. But I know you will all forgive me. So stick close, don't go too far, but know that for the next month things might stay sporadic. Once things quiet down a little, hopefully I can get back into my technological groove.
So, for a brief update, Bev and Dick left Tuesday evening and spent nearly 24 hours trying to make it home (hello winter). They helped me clean on Tuesday before they left, which was a HUGE help since I was on a tight schedule. I finished cleaning yesterday, and then we spent the rest of the day getting as much done as possible before Brian left for Guam bright and early this morning. My brother and sister-in-law arrive in about five hours, and I'm sure that they are more than happy to escape the sub-zero temperatures that have been punishing Montana lately. I might be in real trouble when I head back there in a few weeks because I think I've slowly morphed into having some pretty thin skin. Montana to Seattle to Arkansas to Hawaii has not helped me stay tough. I'm not kidding, when the temps hit the low 60's, we all start shivering and complaining how cold it is. And to think that when I was at Montana State in college, as soon as the temperatures hit 60, clothes starting flying off and everybody was wearing shorts. Hmm, quite a change.
Kids are good, enjoying having all this company around. They continue to keep me entertained everyday, in their own special ways. Zander officially paired two words together again on Tuesday by saying, "My Daddy." It was pretty cute if I do say so myself. Oh, and Charley decided that she much prefers to use the word "Japanese" instead of the word "technique." She can say "technique" just fine, but she insists on using the word "Japanese" instead. She said she likes it better. Hmm, not sure where that came from.
