Danielle: Charley, you really need to try and go poo-poo in the potty. You've been holding it for way too long now, and if you don't go poo-poo then I'm going to have to take you to the doctor and he will have to get it out for you. Do you want to have to go to the doctor?
Charley: Will he give me a sticker with a pony on it?
Danielle: No, he will stick a tube up your butt and get your poop out.
Charley: (with an absolute look of horror on her face) A tube?!? In my butt?!?
Danielle: Yep.
Charley: Oooo, I don't like THAAATTT!!
